Childhood Obesity Project
INCCRRA, in partnership with the IL Dept. of Human Services, is providing information on childhood obesity through its website. Obesity in young children is a serious health issue.
Visit the INCCRRA website now for suggestions and resources on the 5-a-Day Initiative, meal planning, food storage, healthy recipes, physical activities and links to other resources and information. Contact your local Child Care Resource & Referral Agency to see if they are doing training on this important topic.

Child Welfare/Head Start Statewide Cooperative Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to enhance working relationships and foster collaborative strategies that promote program performance and outcomes among the parties, which include DCFS and Head Start.
